Our scope includes project site visits and ongoing collaboration with you and the rest of your design and build team. This comprehensive approach helps reduce stress, avoid unwanted surprises or regrets, and ultimately delivers a well-designed, livable, and beautiful custom home.
The design process for new construction can begin in one of two ways:

There’s always more than one way to solve a spatial problem. When it comes to remodels and additions, we begin by carefully evaluating the existing space - starting with on-site visits where we take detailed measurements and photos to create an accurate existing floor plan.
Once the as-built plans are complete, we design a range of preliminary floor plans. These exploratory layouts give you options to consider what best serves your needs in terms of style, functionality, and construction budget. Often, the final plan is a hybrid - blending elements from multiple options to create a solution that feels just right.
After your floor plan is finalized, We develop the interior elevations. This is where cabinetry, fireplaces, ceiling details, and other architectural elements are fully resolved and where colors, fixtures, and finish materials are thoughtfully integrated. It’s the stage where everything comes together, bridging design vision with construction readiness.
Designing a kitchen involves far more than choosing beautiful cabinets and countertops. Homeowners often struggle to balance storage, appliance placement, clearances, lighting, and everyday functionality while navigating the complexities of construction.
We bring these elements together by applying principles of engineering, ergonomics, and established design practices to create a layout that functions as beautifully as it looks. From understanding how you move through the space to coordinating the technical details behind every decision, we simplify the process and create a kitchen thoughtfully designed around the way you live.
We curate a personalized cabinetry plan focused on your needs, storage requirements, and how you function in the space. All while coordinating appliance, accessories, finish materials, countertops, plumbing fixtures, and lighting.

A well-designed bathroom should feel like a personal retreat while supporting the practical demands of daily life. The complexity of bathroom design is not easily achieved without understand the "what-if's" and "figure it outs" during construction. Finishes and fixtures create excitement during design without understanding the mechanics required to bring your vision to life.
Proper planning and coordination are two ingredients often overlooked during design. Achieving that balance requires careful attention to plumbing, ventilation, waterproofing, storage, lighting, and the durability of every surface.
Our approach considers how your bathroom should look, feel, and serve your routines. We develop tailored floor plans, coordinate with trades, specify vanities and fixtures, and guide you through tile, hardware, and material decisions. Once the design is complete, we provide detailed drawings and specifications that give your contractor the clarity needed to bring your bathroom to life.

Not every project requires a full-service interior designer, but having professional guidance can make all the difference. Whether planning a renovation, working with a contractor, or simply feeling overwhelmed by decisions, we’re here to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
We can review your floor plans, identify opportunities to improve the layout, and help you understand how design decisions will affect the way your space looks and functions. From choosing cabinetry, tile, and countertops to coordinating lighting, fixtures, and finishes, we guide you toward selections that complement your home, fit your budget, and work together beautifully.
Once the design direction is in place, we can also assist with
sourcing and purchasing the materials and furnishings needed to bring your vision to life. We help you navigate product options, confirm specifications, and coordinate orders so the right pieces arrive ready for your project. Whether you need a second opinion or ongoing support, our consulting and procurement services are designed to meet you wherever you are in the process.
