Your Design Partner for Home Renovations

We develop the plans, selections and design details before construction begins, giving your contractor a clear vision to build from. These remove the highprobabidty of mistakes, uncomfortable decisions making, and "design-on-the-fly" building.  Our role is to make the planning and renovation process stress free and fun. Upon completion, you've received expert guidance, a complete design package, and a new found confidence in the project moving into construction.

FRANKLIN GERARD HOPPE

An NCIDQ Certified Architectural Interior Designer with more than 10 years of experience rooted in kitchen and bathroom design, residential renovations, and reimagining homes to better support the way my clients live. He earned his Bachelors in Fine Art in Interior Architecture and Design from Academy of Art University and fulfilled the educational and exam requirements to earn his NCIDQ Certification.

We believe a successful renovation should feel exciting, not overwhelming.  We will guide you through each phase of the design process with clarity, creativity, and attention to detail. Our goal is to create spaces that feel refined, comfortable, and uniquely personal. Whether you are updating a single room or transforming your entire home, we combine practical solutions, curated design, and a collaborative approach to help turn your vision into a space you will love for years to come.

"Renovating a home can feel overwhelming, but the process should also be exciting. We take the stress out of planning and decision making. Together, we create a space that feels uniquely your own."
